As Senior IT Operations Engineer your role will flex between managing end-user service desk tickets and delivering project based work, depending on the priorities of the business at any given time. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of IT support requests while also contributing to the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. This includes ensuring performance, security and scalability in line with Quanta’s strategic objectives.Qualifications

Relevant industry related qualifications including Microsoft certifications.Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud systems, or enterprise application support.Proven experience in Microsoft ecosystem, virtualization platforms, and cloud management.Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and security configurations.Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Seniority level
