This is a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious global hospitality projects from concept through to completion.This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident, versatile designer who enjoys leading projects from concept through to delivery. You will bring strong experience in design development, drawing packages, FFandE, and coordination while working collaboratively with directors while mentoring junior team members.The studio offers a supportive, design-led culture and a strong benefits package including hybrid working and private healthcare and the chance to work on globally recognised interiors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative development of interiors across the hospitality sectorTranslate conceptual direction into detailed design packagesProduce and oversee comprehensive drawing sets, mood boards, and materials palettesSelect, source, and specify FFandE, finishes, and materials to a high standardDevelop and manage design presentations for clientsLiaise with consultants, suppliers, and procurement agentsReview shop drawings and ensure design quality through all phasesAttend site visits and assist with installation phases where requiredMentor and guide mid-weight and junior designersKey Skills/Requirements:Minimum 8 years’ experience in interior design within the hospitality sectorExcellent technical skills – confident producing full drawing packagesStrong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for FFandE, materials, and detailingA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great time managementComfortable leading small to mid-sized projects, or key packages on larger schemesProficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop; knowledge of FFandE tools is a plusConfident communicator, able to present to clients and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).By applying for this role, you are confirming that you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website), and that all details submitted by you are correct and to the best of your knowledge.The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency. ..... full job details .....
