OverviewSenior Instructional Designer at Pigment. Join the Customer Education team to develop high-quality learning content for the Pigment Academy that helps customers master our business planning and performance management software. Work with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences that drive customer adoption and unlock the full potential of our platform.

What You''ll Do

Develop and implement overarching learning strategies and program roadmaps aligned with key business objectives to drive customer success.

Provide leadership and mentoring for junior instructional designers and content creators, including guidance on instructional design best practices, team workflows, and professional development.

Research, evaluate, and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies (including AI-powered tools and new delivery platforms) to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.

Apply core adult learning principles to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities (e-learning, video, interactive courses).

Partner with SMEs to translate product knowledge into clear, accessible customer learning content.

Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, from needs analyses and content gap identification to developing assessments and evaluating program effectiveness against business goals.

Ensure materials reflect the latest product releases and innovations.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Who You Are

5+ years of instructional design experience, with a preference for SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading projects, mentoring team members, and influencing stakeholders at a strategic level.

Data-driven and able to measure the business impact of learning programs and report on KPIs to leadership.

Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly collaborative and able to work with a team to achieve common goals.
