We''re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior E-Learning Specialist / Online Learning Instructional Designer to design, create, and deliver interactive digital learning experiences using authoring tools, multimedia, and instructional design principles that align with learning outcomes and brand standards.As part of the role, you will be applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our worldwide employees via our Learning Management System.Qualifications

4 years+ experience as an instructional designer and/or an eLearning creatorExperience in designing and delivering online based learning course content that captivates and resonates with the learnersProficiency in designing online learning content via e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.Experience in managing Learning Management Systems ideally Access LMSProficiency in applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online courses that elevate learner experienceExperience in Project Management and liaising with various stakeholders in the businessPassion for innovation and testing new learning methodologies to drive learner engagement and successA strong sense of visual design principles and meticulous attention to detailPositive and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skillsTeam player, positive, with a can-do attitudeAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAdditional Qualifications

Recognised qualification in training such as CIPDBachelors Degree in Instructional Design or EducationExperience with graphic design and multimedia developmentAdditional Information
