It is an excellent opportunity for someone to play a key role in taking this company to the next stage in their cloud strategy.What you''ll do: Lead the evolution from a significant on-premises estate to a more cloud-led Azure environment.Maintain and support SCCM, Windows/Linux servers, and VMware virtualization.Optimise and simplify hybrid infrastructure, integrating on-prem and Azure services.Drive infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations across our global operations.Collaborate with teams to ensure reliable IT services and mentor junior engineers. What we''re looking for: Strong on-premises IT skills with hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, VMware and hardware (HPE/Dell).Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.Knowledge of SCCM, VDI, backups, security, and network fundamentals.Ability to stabilise, modernise, and simplify complex, hybrid IT infrastructures.Strategic thinking with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
