Senior IFA Administrator

The Role We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers. This is a varied role involving client reviews, varied cases, new business and ongoing client servicing. You will work closely with Advisers and other members of the wider team, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers Preparing client information, valuations, reports and review documentation Supporting new business and ongoing client servicing Liaising with clients, providers and third parties Managing and progressing cases through to completion Assisting with more complex financial planning requirements Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring work meets regulatory and compliance requirements Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to process improvements About You You will ideally have ..... full job details .....
