The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client journey. Key responsibilities include: Processing new business applications Preparing documentation for client meetings Managing provider and client correspondence Liaising with product providers and third parties Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems Assisting with ongoing client servicing requirements Producing valuations, review packs and client paperwork Supporting advisers throughout the advice process About You The business is looking for someone who sees administration as their long-term career and takes pride in delivering a first-class service behind the scenes.
