Senior Human Resources OfficerLocation: North West EnglandSalary: £37,020 per annumContract: Full Time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Officer to join a busy and professional organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.You will provide expert HR advice and support to managers, lead recruitment and selection activity, manage employee relations casework, and assist with organisational change initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR advice and guidance across a range of people matters.Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance, and performance cases.Assist with change management and workforce planning activities.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Analyse HR data and produce reports and recommendations.Deliver training and guidance to managers.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Supervise and support junior HR and recruitment staff.About YouTo be successful, you will have:CIPD qualification (or equivalent).Previous HR generalist experience, including employee relations and recruitment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience managing complex casework.Excellent communication and stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
