HR Advisor - 15 Month Fixed-Term Contract 35,-month FTC Flexible hours consideredWe''re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing People team on a 15-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.This is a hands-on generalist HR role where you''ll work closely with colleagues and managers across the business, providing practical, commercial and people-focused advice across the employee lifecycle.You''ll support recruitment, employee relations, attendance and wellbeing, organisational change, HR administration, policies and processes, as well as learning and development activity.A key focus will be helping to modernise and improve the People function - bringing structure to existing policies and processes, simplifying how things work and making sure our approach is both compliant and genuinely useful to our people.About youYou''ll be an experienced HR Advisor or generalist HR professional, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or a willingness to work towards it.You''ll be someone who:Builds strong relationships and provides excellent customer service.Is confident advising managers and colleagues across a range of HR matters.Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of working.Can manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Is comfortable with ambiguity and knows when to seek advice.Has strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills and is confident learning new systems.Understands the value of data and can turn it into useful insight. ..... full job details .....
