Senior Human Factors ConsultantLocation: London (2 days per week onsite near St Pancras)Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Benefits PackageThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Human Factors Consultant to join a growing consultancy team delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and transportation projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical Human Factors expertise with commercial awareness and the ability to build client relationships, generate work, and lead project delivery in safety-critical environments. You will play a key role in delivering and leading Human Factors work across major programmes including rail infrastructure, HS2, Euston developments, depot projects, London Underground schemes, and RSSB-related work. The role is ideally suited to a consultant who enjoys both winning and delivering work, mentoring junior team members, and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver Human Factors consultancy projects across rail and other high-hazard industriesProduce and oversee Human Factors deliverables to a high technical standardLead bid activity, proposals and tender submissionsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsGenerate new business opportunities and support strategic growthManage project packages, including commercial planning and reportingMentor and support junior consultants within the teamCollaborate with ..... full job details .....
