Join a leading facilities management organisation as a Senior HSQ&E Advisor, supporting Housing and Healthcare contracts across the South East.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll drive compliance, support operational teams, and help embed a strong safety culture across complex, live environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HSQ&E advice across Housing and Healthcare FM operations.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and internal management systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, and HSQ&E documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including third-party assessments.
  • Oversee subcontractor compliance and performance.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and toolbox talks to site teams.
  • Support incident investigations and embed lessons learned.

What We’re Looking For

  • HSQ&E experience within Facilities Management, ideally Housing or Healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
  • Experience with audits, inspections, and ISO management systems.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH membership.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
  • Experience with digital HSQ&E systems (e.g. EHS Wise, Sypol).
