Senior HSQandE AdvisorDartford (South East travel)£60,000 + BenefitsJoin a leading facilities management organisation as a Senior HSQandE Advisor, supporting Housing and Healthcare contracts across the South East.This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you ll drive compliance, support operational teams, and help embed a strong safety culture across complex, live environments.Key Responsibilities Provide HSQandE advice across Housing and Healthcare FM operations.Ensure compliance with UK legislation and internal management systems.Conduct site inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement.Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, and HSQandE documentation.Assist with internal and external audits, including third-party assessments.Oversee subcontractor compliance and performance.Deliver training, coaching, and toolbox talks to site teams.Support incident investigations and embed lessons learned. What We re Looking For HSQandE experience within Facilities Management, ideally Housing or Healthcare.Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.Experience with audits, inspections, and ISO management systems.NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH membership.Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.Full UK driving licence.
