We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) to join our Central HR Systems Team at Epson Europe. In this key role, you will lead efforts to enhance and streamline our HR systems—particularly SAP SuccessFactors—to meet the evolving needs of the business.You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR systems while driving projects to integrate new functionalities. As the point person for designated HRIS initiatives, you will manage projects in collaboration with third-party partners, plan milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure deliverables.You will participate in system development, testing, and implementation to keep our HR technology at the forefront of innovation.What you will do
Collaboratively gather business requirements and document decision outcomesPlay an integral role within project teams, overseeing testing phases to ensure alignment with requirementsProvide expert guidance and training to empower HR teams across Europe to maximize the potential of our technologyAssist in the preparation of comprehensive project documentation for HRIS projectsLiaise with the HR Technical team to address and escalate issues, engaging third-party company support when necessaryMaintain an organized repository of supporting documentation, including training guides, process notes, and workbooksProactively identify and flag inaccurate data to relevant stakeholdersAnalyze existing HR processes and offer recommendations for digitization strategiesEnsure robust data protection controls and security measures across our HR systemsWhat we ask for
Proficiency in HR Information systems, with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactorsExperience in HRIS application design, development, testing, and implementationStrong command of MS Office 365 applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPointExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships within teamsAdaptability in communication style to effectively engage diverse audiencesAttention to detail with a data-driven mindset for decision-makingProficient in both spoken and written EnglishWe are keen to hear from you even if you don’t match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.What we offer
