This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Old Street, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a people-first, fast-paced environment.This is a hands-on generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across all areas of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to training and performance. You''ll be a trusted advisor to managers, helping to foster a positive and supportive working environment across the business.As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic, fast-paced business across multiple markets, including the United Kingdom, South Africa, USA and Australia.What we''re looking for:Solid experience in HR management, ideally within technology, leisure, or a similarly dynamic industry.Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceA proactive and approachable attitude.Experience supporting line managers with HR processes, performance management, and team development.Confidence working in a standalone or small-team HR environmentWorking with international teams is a plus.BA degree in relevant areasCIPD Level 5 or equivalent5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast-paced environment, preferably in a senior generalist or HR Manager roleHow Would You ContributePartner with managers, providing HR guidance on talent management, employee development, and performance managementLead and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with labour laws and internal policiesSupport the implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business needsAdvise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational restructuringIdentify training needs and support leadership development initiativesAnalyse HR trends and metrics to develop solutions that drive engagement and efficiencyDrive HR initiatives to improve employee experienceAct as a key liaison with local and international labour authorities as requiredManage HR-related cost efficiency initiatives and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams at local and regional levels to support business objectivesSupport onboarding and managing seasonal employeesHealth and safety across the whole businessManage talent acquisition initiativesOffice management and events.What we offer:PensionNursery Salary SacrificeCycle to Work SchemeFree fruits and snacks in the officeHybrid work ..... full job details .....
