Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to provide high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy and a strong employee and stakeholder experience across the business. Reporting to the Global HRD, this role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with managers and employees while owning core HR processes end to end. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist: Support recruitment activity, from sourcing through to offer, partnering with hiring managers and external recruiters as needed. Manage work authorisation and visa processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience. Support training, performance review cycles, and engagement initiatives. Deliver ad hoc HR reporting and support HRIS data integrity and projects. Provide day-to-day generalist support and cover across the HR team as required. Contribute to the development and delivery of firm-wide initiatives such as wellness, employer branding, and engagement programs. Provide support and coverage for local and international HR teams as required.
