This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days a week onsite, in Liverpool/Newport As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive performance, capability, and cultural transformation. You will influence, coach, and challenge leaders to think differently, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a high-performing, future-ready workforce. The Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic input on people topics and develop pragmatic solutions for complex people challenges.
