Senior HR Business PartnerLocation: Reading area HybridTravel: Reading, Bath and Wales (own transport essential)Reporting to: Head of PeopleSalary up to 70kAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team, based in the Reading area.Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will work alongside a collaborative team of HR Business Partners, providing trusted, strategic HR support across a diverse range of operational sites.This is a highly autonomous, hybrid role offering the flexibility to plan your own diary, balance working from home with time at various sites, and build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the business.The RoleAs Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, whilst remaining hands-on and confident managing complex employee relations matters.You will:Partner with senior leaders and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people solutions.Provide strategic HR advice and challenge, helping leaders make informed people decisions.Take ownership of complex employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance and organisational change matters.Support the delivery of the wider People strategy and key HR initiatives.Work closely with the Head of People and wider HRBP team to ensure a consistent and high-quality HR service.Coach and develop managers to ..... full job details .....
