Operating within a fast-paced, highly technical environment, the organisation brings together talented people across engineering, manufacturing and professional disciplines. About the Successful Applicant You will have previous HR Business Partnering experience, ideally gained within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is required, alongside strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable using people analytics to inform decisions, managing ambiguity and supporting organisational change within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary and performance-led environment. About the Job This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to work closely with leaders across technical areas of the organisation.
