HR Business Partner - Coventry (On-Site)About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Group HR team at their Global Commercial site in Coventry. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) that will play a key role in delivering HR transformation projects and supporting complex, EU-wide initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR and TransformationLead HR transformation projects across multiple regions.Support organisational design and development programmes.Drive cultural alignment, engagement, and inclusion.Global Mobility and ComplianceManage global mobility programmes and visa processes.Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.Stakeholder EngagementPartner with senior leaders to advise on workforce planning and organisational change.Act as a trusted advisor on HR priorities and employee engagement.HR Delivery and Employee LifecycleOversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, learning and development, employee relations, and HR analytics.Support managers in capability building and performance improvement.Candidate ProfileProven experience leading complex HR programmes from conception to completion.Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law across multiple countries.Background in global, commercial, or automotive environments.Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.Must be multilingual or speak Mandarin, in addition to strong English ..... full job details .....
