Senior HR and Employee Relations Advisor- Runcorn- 12-month FTC Join a progressive educational organisation as a Senior HR and Employee Relations Advisor providing expert, people-focused HR support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across the organisation, supporting employee relations, workforce planning, engagement and organisational development within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key responsibilities: Lead regional employee relations, resolving complex people issues quickly and effectively. Drive recruitment and attraction, partnering with central teams to build strong teams. Shape HR policies and best practice, ensuring a compliant, effective and people-focused approach. Use HR data and insight to identify improvements and drive regional people strategies. Champion learning and development, ensuring leaders and HR teams have the skills and support to succeed. Lead people-focused change, supporting organisational transformation, performance and culture. Collaborate across the People team, sharing best practice and driving innovative solutions aligned to organisational priorities. Key Requirements: CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a passion for developing your HR expertise. Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
