Client Details Supporting a large, complex and unionised manufacturing operation, this role sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical part in shaping organisational performance, leadership capability and workforce strategy. This is far more than a traditional HRBP role. Working closely the site Director and leadership team, you will help steer the people agenda through a period of continued transformation, ensuring organisational change is delivered successfully while maintaining strong employee and industrial relations. Description As a trusted adviser to senior operational leaders, you will: Partner with the site Director and senior leadership teams to shape and deliver the site''s people strategy. Drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and workforce planning. Lead employee and industrial relations strategy across a unionised environment. Support the successful delivery of ongoing business transformation and change initiatives. Coach and challenge senior leaders to build high-performing teams and sustainable business outcomes.
