HR Advisor / HR ConsultantCity of London Hybrid - 2 days in office£70,000 - £80,000 CandC Search is currently partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor / HR Consultant into a varied, client-facing advisory role. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations experience who enjoys working commercially, building trusted relationships and providing practical, risk-aware HR advice. The role will be approximately 80% focused on supporting an external member/client base of around 200 organisations, with 20% supporting internal HR activity. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting clients with a broad range of people matters including employee relations, performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance, restructures, consultation processes, policy, process, documentation and employment-law-adjacent HR guidance.
