This role is fully site-based in Edinburgh, providing the opportunity to work closely with managers and employees in a highly visible and operationally focused environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Partner with operational and functional leaders to support business objectives and drive organisational performance. Provide commercially focused HR advice and guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Support the delivery of people plans aligned to business strategy and growth objectives. Use HR data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve business outcomes. Employee Relations Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, and investigations. Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters Leadership Support Build credible and influential relationships with leaders across the business.
