Senior HR Advisor

Our client operates within professional services and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to partner with key stakeholders, to understand goals and support in the delivery of those goals. You will provide transactional and day to day operational HR support to the business and support the Head of People with projects and new initiatives. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic to make a difference with ideas around wellbeing, reward and recognition, employee engagement to become an employer of choice. There is an opportunity to progress to People Manager and ultimately Head of People. It will be full time in the office to start with, but can then be flexible after probation, subject to performance, with 1 or 2 days at home. You must be able and willing to travel to the different regional offices each week. Responsibilities Create a robust recruitment process to include the best channels for finding talent, creative job adverts, selection strategies, interview questions, interviewing, assessments through to and including offer of employment, issuing contracts. Build an onboarding and induction process - manage new starter process - references, benefits, right to work, equipment etc. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance HR processes and overall business performance.
