Senior HR Advisor

Senior HR Advisor - Barnsley - circa £40,000 plus excellent benefits. Your new role This is a well-established manufacturing organisation which is part of a global company. The Barnsley site is part of the Engineering division of the business. This role is to be the Site HR Representative delivering high-quality, practical support across the employee lifecycle of the Barnsley site and also support the wider HR team with the other site in the North East - while contributing to the organisation''s People and Culture strategy. You will provide hands-on guidance to managers on employee relations, policy application, and day-to-day people matters, while also supporting overall business strategic activities.Reporting to the People Manager (based at Head Office), and also supporting a HR Advisor (also based at Head Office) you will support the site and also the wider business with; recruitment and onboarding, HR data accuracy, and continuous improvement of People and Culture processes. The role also contributes to policy development, people insight, and organisational initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance employee experience, and support long-term organisational objectives.
