Reed HR are partnering with one of our leading clients based in Rotherham looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent full-time basis. This role is based at their Rotherham site and requires travel across their UK sites as and when required (some travel nationwide but only 20% of the time). This role would suit a self-starter who has experience in complex case management and used to dealing with difficult situations well and influence key stakeholders. What you will enjoy doing:• As an HR Advisor, you''ll be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations and management issues, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases.• You''ll also lead important HR processes such as recruitment, compensation planning, promotions, and objective setting, in line with HR guidelines.• You''ll be a key player in coordinating organisational changes to meet business needs, including restructures, outsourcing, relocation, job development opportunities, and mergers and acquisitions activity.• In addition, you''ll ensure that managers are fully equipped and upskilled to manage their own grievances, disciplinaries, performance and management processes, including complex cases.• You''ll also work closely with the HR Manager to forecast workforce demands and identify opportunities to improve performance through metric analysis.• Furthermore, you''ll play a vital role in monitoring absence and managing long-term sickness cases.• And lastly, this role will give you the ..... full job details .....
