Based in Wolverhampton on 2 days a week in the office.DescriptionSupporting organisational change programmes, including consultation meetings and business case developmentManaging a varied ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work and capability mattersAdvising and coaching managers on the application of HR policies and proceduresSupporting and advising hearing panels at formal stagesProactively managing absence and fixed-term contract processesSupporting redeployment activity and workforce change initiativesContributing to HR policy development and continuous improvementWorking ..... full job details .....
