My client, a well-established and highly regarded business, based in Portsmouth, is seeking an Senior HR Advisor to specialise in ER and join their collaborative HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.Working within a supportive and fast-paced environment, the company operates across multiple sites and prides itself on its inclusive culture, commitment to employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Provide expert advice and guidance on a variety of employee relations issues including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and conflict resolution.Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution aligned with employment law and internal policies.Partner with line managers to build capability and consistency in ER case handling.Support HR colleagues in driving fair and inclusive people practices across the organisation.Contribute to HR policy reviews, process improvements, and internal communications.Maintain accurate documentation and support internal reporting requirements.
