Responsibilities of the Senior Health and Safety Manager will include:

• Communicating with the client and ensuring clear and accurate communication on all health and safety related matters
• Monitoring the implementation of the health and safety policies and procedures
• Engaging and coaching contractors to help drive a positive safety culture
• Investigating accidents and near misses and implementing corrective actions to drive performance improvements

The successful Senior Health and Safety Manager candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction or infrastructure
• A NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and ideally hold or working towards a diploma level qualification
• A pragmatic approach to safety and the ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
