Immediate start available What You''ll Do Lead day-to-day finance operations including budgeting, payroll liaison, and cashflow monitoring. Work closely with an outsourced finance partner to ensure accurate payroll and management accounts. Oversee all ledgers, banking, procurement, and compliance with internal controls and funder requirements. Manage restricted/unrestricted funds, prepare reports for funders, and support funding applications. Supervise and support finance memebers Ensure all financial policies, procedures, and audits are up to date and compliant. Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial decisions and operational efficiency. Participate in wider organisational activities including training, team development, and governance reporting. About You You have a minimum of 2 years'' experience in a finance role and hold a relevant finance qualification (or 4+ years of relevant finance experience without a qualification). IATI, ACCA,CIMA Strong experience with purchase and sales ledgers. Confident working with accounting software Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to liaise across teams.
