Senior Finance Manager

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation to recruit a Finance Manager to join their regional finance team. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while managing a high-performing finance function.The RoleAs Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end finance operation for a regional business unit. You will lead a small team, ensure robust financial controls, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to support business performance.This role combines technical expertise with commercial business partnering, giving you exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the finance team, driving performance and continuous improvementOversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryProduce consolidated management accounts with insightful commentaryPrepare forecasts, budgets and long-term financial projectionsManage cashflow forecasting and treasury activityEnsure balance sheet integrity and oversee reconciliationsReview VAT, CIS and statutory reporting requirementsPartner with operational teams to challenge and improve financial performanceSupport senior leadership and deputise for the Finance Director when requiredManage audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controlsAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Proven experience in financial and management accountingStrong team ..... full job details .....
