Senior Finance Manager - Financial andamp; Regulatory Reporting - Banking A leading international bank is seeking a qualified Senior Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance across its London operations. This is a broad, hands-on banking finance role covering financial and management reporting, regulatory reporting, risk reporting, taxation, reconciliations, controls and finance systems. The successful candidate will act as a senior member of the Finance team, ensuring reporting is completed accurately and on time while supporting process improvement and finance-related projects. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting for Head Office Produce risk asset reporting and perform associated data-quality checks Support regulatory reporting and testing of regulatory-reporting system changes Complete daily market-risk and liquidity-risk reporting Prepare quarterly VAT returns and annual corporation tax returns Support HMRC reporting requirements Oversee and check purchase-ledger activity Complete and review Nostro reconciliations Maintain the integrity of finance management information systems Perform UAT for finance and regulatory-reporting system enhancements Support the annual budgeting process Complete internal control attestations, including RCSA and RRSA Maintain and reconcile the fixed-asset register Support audit confirmations and external audit requirements Maintain finance procedures and disaster-recovery documentation ..... full job details .....
