Senior Finance Manager Huddersfield Hybrid 1-2 days in the office £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus and Benefits Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of financial control across a multi-entity business, while leading and developing a high-performing management accounts team?We are working exclusively with a growing and highly regarded organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager into its finance leadership team.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a key leadership position with responsibility for the financial control and management accounts function across three UK entities. You will lead a team of two Management Accountants, providing direction, challenge and support while ensuring the business has robust, accurate and timely financial information.You will take ownership of the management accounts process across all three entities, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and clear insight into business performance.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a team of two Management Accountants.Owning the month-end and management accounts process across a number of entities.Ensuring robust financial controls, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.Reviewing and challenging management accounts, budgets and financial performance.Providing clear financial analysis and insight to the Head of Finance and wider leadership team.Working closely with the FPandA function to ensure strong alignment between ..... full job details .....
