Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a significant portion in a business partnering capacityDemonstrable experience managing and developing a team of at least 3-5 finance professionalsStrong track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience with cost allocations, operational efficiency analysis, and performance measurementStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsDeep understanding of operational drivers and their financial impactExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels, including executive leadershipProven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teamsHighly proactive, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous improvement; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing prioritiesNice to have skills
Asset Management experienceProficient with Power BI to enhance analytics and reportingKnowledge of Outsourced Back and Middle Office model in Asset ManagementChange Management experienceSupervisory responsibilities
