Senior Finance Transformation Accountant - Data Analytics & Project Management (London Markets)

Arthur is exclusively partnered with a leading London (Re)Insurer undergoing a period of change and transformation. They are looking to utilise modern AI tools to create efficiencies within their Data Workflows and Finance Processes.This individual will support their Head of Finance Transformation, Head of Data, and Head of Change to manage and implement finance change initiatives, designing and testing those solutions.The organisation is seeking a skilled Insurance Technical Accountant with strong data analytics skills and experience in end-to-end finance change as a Project Manager or Lead.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic planning of the Finance transformation roadmap and the prioritisation and management of all aspects of Finance projects and improvement initiativesProject management of Finance transformation initiatives, ensuring project risks are managed and documentedBusiness Analysis responsibilities - documentation of business processes and key stakeholder managementConduct finance change workshops internallyDesign solutions to support ongoing finance change initiativesWork alongside IT, Tech and Change, and Operations teams to implement changes to the finance data processFocus on standardising finance processes, controls, reporting, and reconciliations across the companyESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Accountant with industry or practical insurance accounting experienceHighly analytical, able to interpret complex financial dataStrong track record of successful financial project managementStrong stakeholder engagement experienceExperience in Power BI, SQL, and utilisation of AI toolsAble to work independently and as part of a team - an effective problem ..... full job details .....
