Senior Field Marketing Manager role at Cornerstone OnDemand. This role isRemote, United Kingdom. Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing team. The Field Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for developing the regional demand generation marketing strategy and campaigns to support lead and revenue targets for sales in the UKI market. Key objectives include creating awareness of and education about Cornerstone’s product and service offerings, establishing and managing lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified leads and pipeline through field marketing approaches.Responsibilities

Create a regional demand generation marketing strategy designed to drive and accelerate qualified leads and pipeline for the UKI sales teamComprehend and align to regional growth opportunities and objectivesOwn and create the annual strategy and campaign calendar for the regionAdopt global and EMEA growth campaigns, and localise and augment these campaigns for regional audienceCreate outbound campaigns that address specific prospect and customer cohorts within the regionAdopt pipeline acceleration and key account strategies for the execution of creative, agile campaigns in the regionPartner with the extended marketing team (Thought Leadership, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Programs, Partner Marketing, Events) to realise and execute the marketing strategy in the UKPartner with sales stakeholders to deeply understand regional requirements, objectives and growth opportunitiesMonitor and analyse marketing and sales performance and trends throughout the funnel and use findings to drive recommendations and decisionsUnderstand key market trends in the regionCollaborate with the extended marketing organisation to understand and articulate the wider marketing and communications strategy in the regionManage the regional field marketing budgetYou’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation in B2B marketing space; software/SaaS marketing experience preferredExperience with Salesforce and ability to use the tool for effective reporting and analysisThe ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage budgetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environmentStrong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practicesStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksA results and team-oriented outlook and the appetite to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh energy, and the desire to learn and growThe ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical – identifying new and inventive ways to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of the strategy.Total Rewards

At Cornerstone, compensation is based on equitable pay, market-driven research, and skill-based appraisals. The listed salary range is one element of Cornerstone’s compensation package and may include annual bonuses, short- and program-specific awards, and a comprehensive benefits offering. The disclosed salary range reflects geographic differential based on the location of the position if applicable. The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
