Senior FFandE Designer

A Senior FFandE Designer is required for a London-based interior design role delivering high-end hospitality and residential projects. Suited to an experienced designer with strong FFandE leadership, the position covers concept development through to installation, including specifications, procurement coordination, bespoke furniture and technical documentation. The role also involves client engagement, international project exposure and supporting project teams across multiple stages.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead FFandE design from concept through installationDevelop cohesive, deliverable FFandE design schemesPrepare specifications, schedules and sample boardsCoordinate sourcing, budgets and value engineeringSupport junior designers and multidisciplinary project teamsSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum eight years'' relevant interior design experienceHospitality, restaurant or high-end residential project experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesignStrong FFandE specification and technical documentation skillsConfident client, supplier and consultant communicationSalary and Benefits 45,000 - 60,000 depending on experience and project exposure.
