Senior FFandE Interior Designer

A Senior FFandE Interior Designer is required for a luxury residential design practice in Chelsea, working on projects valued between 1 million and 10 million. This opportunity suits an experienced designer with 6+ years'' UK luxury residential experience, exceptional FFandE knowledge and strong project coordination skills. You will manage multiple complex projects from concept development through delivery, working closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants, suppliers and specialist contractors. Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop concepts, mood boards and client presentationsManage multiple projects from concept through completionLead client meetings and present design proposalsCoordinate consultants, suppliers and specialist contractorsMonitor budgets, programmes, procurement and site deliveryThe role includes developing bespoke furniture proposals, material selections, schedules and specifications while maintaining high design and technical standards. You will also support junior designers and undertake regular site visits and inspections. Skills and Experience Required6+ years'' UK luxury residential design experienceStrong FFandE and bespoke furniture expertiseAdvanced AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skillsExcellent technical drawing and construction knowledgeStrong communication, organisation and client-management skillsYou should be confident producing construction packages, specifications and detailed interior architectural documentation.
