We focus on responsible business practices and operate under the values of RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence).The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope of services across the client''s UK portfolio of offices to ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery through developing an excellent relationship with the internal client and external suppliers. They ensure that all sites conform to MandE engineering infrastructure and FM standards/guidelines in terms of design, operational performance, and resilience. Lead the day-to-day delivery including driving statutory compliance and governance, and the development of staff and customer operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate the overall service delivery model by combining technical engineering (hard services) and facilities management (soft services) to provide a holistic property services solution.

Act as single point of contact and develop positive relationships with the client for all IFM services issues.

Manage on-site facilities management operation teams in terms of staffing, training, development, and performance.

Respond to problems and concerns; implement policy, rules and regulations.

Manage contractual relationships with the Client''s Representative to ensure excellent service delivery; review and monitor performance against KPI or SLA.

Support account management to monitor and modify service deliverables as client needs change.

Implement inspection and audit protocols for operational delivery improvements.

Review and establish procedure playbooks to ensure consistent performance.

Collaborate with client teams, the CBRE FIL Account Team, and other CBRE management teams.

Ensure timely production of contract-specific reports.

Implement Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies to minimise client risk exposure.

Review contract documents for consistency with client master contract and CBRE standards.

Contribute to account commercial performance by identifying service efficiencies while protecting service levels and KPI performance.

Develop and control an annual facility budget, including direct/indirect costs and project/capital items.

Deliver superior contract deliverables, value-add, continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.

Manage third-party vendors supporting IFM services, including RFPs, contract negotiations, SOW, SLA, and KPI development.

Ensure statutory compliance requirements are met.

Demonstrate leadership and relationship management with client stakeholders and CBRE Account team.

Ensure compliance with CBRE and Fidelity International standards.

Essential Skills

Extensive operational experience with emphasis on integrated FM services

Proven leadership/management skills across maintenance/engineering

Ability to engage and communicate across all levels of an organization

Ability to lead Change Management programmes

Demonstrable Health and Safety knowledge and/or experience (IOSH minimum)

Proven track record of internal/external customer service

Ability to analyse and present complex business documents

Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues

Strong report writing and presentation skills for complex topics

Ability to motivate and negotiate with key stakeholders

Problem solving with the ability to deliver multiple options in complex situations

Sector expertise in integrated facilities management

Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ability to respond to client inquiries with innovative solutions

Capability to grow and manage high-performing teams

Strong analytical, financial and numerical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
