We''re looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented Senior Estimator (Sheet Metal Fabrication) to join our team in Kidderminster. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, engineering or a related industry to play a key role in pricing customer projects, supporting business growth and maximising profitability. You''ll be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive quotations based on customer requirements, technical drawings and project specifications. Working closely with customers, suppliers, procurement and senior management, you''ll help ensure every estimate reflects the true cost of materials, production requirements and commercial risks. The Role: What You''ll Be Doing Team Leadership and People Management Manage the day-to-day running of the estimating office, coordinating workloads and priorities. Provide guidance and support to the estimating team to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Manage holiday requests to ensure appropriate team cover. Address conduct concerns and manage disciplinary matters in line with company procedures, with HR support.
