We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading national provider in the facilities management and grounds maintenance sector. This role offers the chance to lead high-value estimating projects and make a real impact on major contracts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating for national grounds maintenance and facilities management contracts

• Cost and prepare service-based tenders accurately and competitively

• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and business development teams

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope

• Deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to support growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within facilities management, landscaping or grounds maintenance

• Experience of costing service contracts – essential

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail

• Advanced Excel proficiency

• Flexible, solution-focused approach with national travel
