Senior Estimator - PFP

My client is looking for a Passive Fire Protection  Senior Estimator , to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for firestopping and passive fire protection projects, ensuring that client specifications are met while maintaining competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience in estimating, with familiarity in firestopping and intumescent paints a distinct advantage. You will work closely with the project team and clients, providing expert advice and detailed quotations that support successful project delivery. This position offers a blend of office-based work and remote flexibility to help you balance professional and personal commitments.
• Proven experience as an Estimator within the fire protection or passive fire protection industry
• Knowledge of firestopping, intumescent paints, and associated products and standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Competence in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working within a private sector company preferred
