With a strong pipeline of major projects valued between £6m and £100m+ across the UK, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business in a key leadership role, driving environmental performance and supporting continued growth.The RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for driving environmental compliance, performance and best practice across multiple live construction projects, while managing and developing a small team of environmental professionals.Key responsibilities include:Providing strategic and operational environmental leadership across the businessManaging and mentoring a team of Environmental ManagersOverseeing environmental compliance, audits, inspections and risk management across live projectsSupporting pre-construction activities, tenders and bid submissionsDriving continuous improvement of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001Leading environmental initiatives across waste, materials management and resource efficiencySupporting contaminated land management activities, including Materials Management Plans (MMPs) and CL:AIRE DoWCoP complianceWorking closely with project teams to embed environmental best practice ..... full job details .....
