As part of a five-company group with a turnover of over £400 million, the business is delivering an expanding pipeline of high-profile projects across the UK, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced environmental professional to make a real impact.The RoleThis is a site-facing position with responsibility for supporting environmental compliance and best practice across multiple live projects. Working closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, you''ll help drive environmental performance and ensure compliance with both legislation and company standards.Key responsibilities include:Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviewsSupporting the implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001Managing materials, waste streams, permits and environmental recordsSupporting pre-construction environmental planning and project mobilisationWorking closely with site teams to promote environmental best practiceIdentifying environmental risks and driving continuous improvement initiativesAssisting with environmental incident investigations and corrective actionsAbout YouYou will have:Environmental management experience within construction, civil engineering or infrastructureA strong understanding ..... full job details .....
