Lead a £30M+ business unit contributing nearly a third of UK revenue (approx. $200M+ global revenues)
Shape the enterprise GTM playbook. Transform a team of 30 AEs and CSMs (scaling to 50+) into a true enterprise sales engine
High-visibility role with board-level exposure and autonomy to drive growth and change
Why This Role and Why Now?
Revenue mix: -90% from renewals/expansion, -10% from net new; growth will come from team development, upsell/cross-sell, and new logo acquisition
Transition to enterprise-grade solution selling from legacy SMB/mid-market transactional selling
Enterprise BU already delivers $30M revenue in a $200M+ company; significant upside opportunity
Embedding AI, insights, and sentiment analysis into enterprise accounts to unlock major opportunities
Average deal size globally - $11k; many accounts > $500k
Aim to grow enterprise solution penetration to scale from $30-60M ARR in the next 3 years
Currently a 30-person team, scaling to 50+ with two direct managers
High-profile customers include Barclays, HSBC, Fortnum and Mason, John Lewis, among others
Impact on solution selling capability, ACV growth, and leadership capability development
Opportunity to reposition a globally recognised brand as a true enterprise SaaS leader
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver the UK enterprise GTM strategy (-£30M unit)
Shift the team from transactional selling to consultative, solution-led, multi-stakeholder sales
Drive new logo acquisition while maximizing renewals and expansion
Embed AI-driven insights, sentiment analysis, and best practices in enterprise sales
Represent the business at senior levels with visibility to CRO, CEO, and ExCo
Act as a change leader to grow the unit into a major growth driver for the company
Success in the Role
First 6 months: build trust with managers and team, establish enterprise fundamentals
Refocus accounts to depth and value, with a solution-focused approach
Deliver 20% revenue growth through new logos and ACV uplift in existing accounts
By end of year 1: shift to solution-led enterprise motion
Achieve significant ACV growth (new logos + expansion to £200k–£500k accounts) and trajectory to $60M revenue by year 3
Managers stepping up with stronger leadership capability
What You Bring
Proven leadership of 25-30+ sellers through managers, ideally in SaaS/Martech
Track record of managing $30M+ revenue responsibility
Experience transforming SMB/mid-market motions into enterprise GTM success, or leading an enterprise sales motion in a growth stage company
Strong change management: resilient, confident, able to win hearts and minds
Gravitas to engage C-suite internally and externally
Collaborative, values-driven leadership style with a bias for action
