We are seeking a driven

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

with a proven track record in

legaltech SaaS

sales. You will identify and convert leads, manage enterprise accounts, and expand our market reach. This role suits someone experienced in navigating the complexities of legal tech sales and engaging with prospects at law firms to deliver value-driven solutions.You should be a passionate, goal-oriented sales professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS

sales, able to connect with clients at all levels, understand their needs, and communicate technical concepts clearly. You should be motivated by targets, thrive in fast-paced, startup environments, and set an example for less experienced account executives.Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Lead Qualification

Leverage your network of current and former law firm clients.Identify and qualify new opportunities in document automation and legal tech.Engage and consult with prospects to understand needs, challenges, and goals.Present customised solutions that meet client requirements.

2. Sales Strategy Execution

Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the sales cycle, addressing technical and non-technical objections.Apply data-driven insights to refine Avvoka’s sales strategy and contribute to growth objectives.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and product enhancements.

3. Account Management and Client Relationships

Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.Support onboarding and maintain regular follow-up to maximise value from Avvoka’s platform.

4. Market and Industry Expertise

Stay current on industry trends, legal tech developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Represent Avvoka at industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B legaltech SaaS sales.Existing contacts who lead central innovation/transformation/IT teams at large law firms.Proven ability to sell complex products to both technical (CIOs, Heads of Innovation) and non-technical stakeholders, with a track record of meeting sales targets.Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and create value-driven narratives.Strong understanding of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.Experience managing law firm client relationships with focus on revenue growth.Desirable Qualities

Experience in law or related fields prior to sales.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt in a startup environment.Strong analytical abilities to interpret client needs and offer strategic solutions.Core Attributes
