Senior Engineering Geologist

full time, permanent

position.Responsibilities

Supervision of ground investigation crews, including cable percussion, rotary, and window sampling crewsTrial pittingLogging of soil and rock to BS5930 / Eurocode 7Groundwater and gas monitoringProduction of Phase 1 Desk StudiesAssistance in the preparation of Factual and Interpretive ReportsGood Project Management skillsQualifications and experience

Experience within the industryA geology / earth sciences degree, or a master’s degree in engineering geology or geotechnical engineeringA full UK driving licenseWilling to travel and work away from homeBe within a reasonable travelling distance of your office base, or be prepared to re-locateCSCS Card and First Aid TrainingSSSTSSalary and benefits
