Purpose and Scope of the Role As a Highway/Civil Engineer within our Leicester-based team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure and drainage designs across a diverse range of projects in both the public and private sectors. Working on schemes from residential developments to large-scale highway projects, you will take ownership of design delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards while contributing to innovative, integrated engineering solutions. You will also support project management, client engagement and quality assurance across a dynamic project portfolio. Your Impact in this position You will directly influence the successful delivery of infrastructure schemes by producing robust, compliant and efficient designs. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will build trusted relationships while driving projects forward. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will support the delivery of sustainable drainage and highway solutions, while also strengthening team capability through collaboration and mentoring.
