About the Role
The Senior Engineer role in Surrey is a permanent position offering £49,000–£54,000 per annum. This post involves leading the delivery of designs and assessments for Civil Infrastructure schemes. The successful candidate will build relationships with project stakeholders and communicate effectively. UK experience is essential, specifically in civil infrastructure rail or highways projects, including site inspections of bridges, tunnels, stations, and buildings. Delivering designs for bridges and civil structures is a core responsibility, alongside knowledge of relevant standards, design codes, and Health and Safety. A BEng or MEng in a relevant subject is required, with the candidate working towards Chartered Civil Engineer status (CEng MICE or MIStructE).
Our client is looking for an accomplished and experienced Senior Engineer to join their team.
The Senior Engineer will take a lead role in delivering designs and assessments for Civil Infrastructure schemes.
The role requires an engineer who is able to communicate effectively and to build relationships with project Stakeholders.
Must Have UK experience in the following:
Civil infrastructure rail or highways projects
Site experience including inspections: Bridges, tunnels, stations andamp; buildings.
Delivering designs of bridges and civil structures
Knowledge of relevant standards and design codes including Health and Safety
Qualifications
BEng or MEng in a relevant subject
Working towards Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
