We collaborate with global luxury and lifestyle brands to achieve visionary creativity, culture, and craft across marketing campaigns, customer experiences, brand design, product design, and new media technologies. We are a team of sixty primarily centered in New York, London, and Thessaloniki.About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Senior Engagement Director to lead, nurture, and grow our most important client relationships. As a key partner to both our clients and internal teams, you will act as the strategic and operational lead, ensuring that all work delivers against objectives and consistently meets the highest creative and executional standards. You’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the process — from briefing and strategic planning to delivery and growth — serving as a trusted advisor and champion for both the client and agency teams. Your ability to understand complex marketing challenges and guide holistic solutions will be critical to building long-term partnerships and driving impactful, culturally resonant work.ResponsibilitiesLead and own client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor across all engagements.Champion the delivery of exceptional creative work, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, brands, and marketing challenges to inform strategic and creative thinking.Identify opportunities to grow accounts organically, proactively recommending new ideas and solutions that drive business results.Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines, and scopes are met without compromising quality.Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and collaboration.Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.Lead client presentations, reviews, and workshops with confidence and clarity.Stay ahead of market and cultural trends to inform client strategies and inspire forward-thinking work.Attend key photoshoots, film shoots, and productions to represent client interests, maintain quality standards, and ensure alignment with the creative vision.Contribute to new business efforts, supporting pitch strategy and relationship building.Qualifications10+ years of experience in client services or account leadership roles within top-tier creative or marketing agencies.Proven success building and growing senior client relationships, with a track record of delivering outstanding creative and strategic work.Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand building, and integrated campaign development.Experience attending and supporting creative productions and shoots, with an eye for quality and detail.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse internal and client teams.Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, scopes, and resource planning.Passion for contemporary culture and creativity, with a point of view on how brands can engage audiences in innovative ways.Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.Confident presenter and skilled storyteller, able to clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire clients and teams alike.Highly collaborative, empathetic, and dedicated to fostering positive, long-term partnerships.Seniority level
